NH Connections Haida Gwaii:  

  • operates Monday to Friday except holidays or equivalent day
  • departing Queen Charlotte at 11:45pm and arriving in Masset about 1pm
  • Departing Masset at 1:30pm and arriving in Queen Charlotte about 3pm
  • advance reservation required

Island Transit Ferry Connector

  • subject to minimum two passengers reserved and paid at least one day in advance of travel
  • available whenever a ferry is arriving from Prince Rupert
  • subsidized fare may be available for passengers traveling for medical reasons

Air Canada Jazz changes check-in deadline

On April 10, 2013, the Air Canada Jazz deadline for checking in and baggage drop-off will change to 45 minutes. 

Check in early

You can check in for your flight at any time within 24 hours of departure when you use our convenient Web check-in or Mobile check-in options, or within 12 hours at one of our self-service check-in kiosks located in most of the airports Air Canada serves. You should check in no later than the times indicated in the ‘Recommended check-in time’ column.

Although you can check in as early as 24 hours before your flight, please note that baggage may only be checked in at the baggage drop-off counter at the earliest:

  • four (4) hours prior to departure for flights from Canada or the U.S., and
  • three (3) hours prior to departure for flights from all other locations.
