Bus, taxi and freight fares are subject to the 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).  Provincial sales tax is not applicable.

All fares collected after March 31, 2013 will include GST.

Please note the following interruptions to service for the month of March 2013:

March 29, 2013 (Good Friday):  NH Connections Haida Gwaii will not be operating this day.  All other services are operating on schedule.

Locally owned and operated, Eagle Transit operates from the Village of Queen Charlotte on Haida Gwaii.

Since 1995 we have been providing transit, charter bus, taxi and delivery services such as:

Sandspit Airport Shuttle:  daily service between Sandspit Airport, Queen Charlotte and Skidegate.  We meet all incoming Air Canada Jazz flights into Sandspit.  Service is “curb to curb” or passenger directed.  Reservations are recommended.

NH Connections Haida Gwaii:  in partnership with the Northern Health Authority, Eagle Transit operates a public transit service weekdays (except holidays or equivalent day) between Queen Charlotte and Masset.  Pick-up and drop-off is available in any community.  Service is “curb to curb” or passenger directed.  Reservations are required.  Reduced fare for passengers traveling to a Northern Health facility for a medical appointment.

Charter Bus:  for small or large groups we have a 10-passenger, 16-passenger, 24 passenger, and 40-passenger bus available.  Please email for a no obligation cost estimate.

Taxi:  operating from Queen Charlotte offering local and long-distance taxi service.  Local service within Queen Charlotte and Skidegate.  Service between Queen Charlotte and Old Masset, Masset, Tow Hill area, Port Clements, Tlell and Sandspit.   We service all airports on Haida Gwaii.
