Departure from the Sandspit Airport is dependent upon the arrival of the Air Canada Jazz flight in to the Sandspit Airport providing the flight arrives prior to 4:40 p.m.
If the incoming Air Canada Jazz flight is delayed, the shuttle bus may not wait at the Sandspit Airport later than 5 p.m. before leaving for return to Queen Charlotte and Skidegate on the last ferry which departs Alliford Bay at 5:35 p.m.
Once you have your luggage please proceed directly to the Eagle Transit vehicle located right outside the Arrivals Door. Departure is usually immediate as we have a ferry to catch.
If for some reason your luggage does not arrive please advise the driver before you proceed to the Air Canada Jazz passenger services desk. Driver will advise if there is sufficient time to make a claim at the airport or if you will need to call in a claim later. The Eagle Transit vehicle will not wait for luggage claims to be made at the Sandspit Airport if it means missing the next available ferry.
All fares are collected by the driver at the time of travel unless a fare has been prepaid direct to the Eagle Transit office.

Most places are “curb to curb” but there are some areas are buses cannot access such as Alder Street, Forestry Hill, and 1st Avenue.
